    The coating is composed of 55% aluminum,43.4%zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight ratio. The production process of aluminum zinc plate is similiar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminum plate, which is a continuous melting coating process. The 55% al -zinc-plated al -zinc-plated steel has superior corrision resistance when exposed to the same environment on both sides compared with the galvanized steel of the same thinkness.
